Autumn 1

In Autumn 1 the children will be learning "All About Me."

They will learn about their bodies and think about body parts that we can see on the outside and the ones that are hidden on the inside (with the help of a skeleton!) 

We will explore different kinds of families and how these connections halo us to feel that we belong. We will also talk about how we grow and change from a baby to an adult. 

We will go on a local walk and think about the locality of where we live, so the children begin to build a sense of community. 

We will also think about aspirations and discuss what jobs or roles the children may want to take on when they are older. We will talk about people who help us including; police officers, waste collectors and paramedics.
